Spring Salmon Fishing Report

We have been getting out to fish a bit this winter/spring, and the results have been good.  There seem to be a good number of kings near town for this time of year.  We recently fished for just a couple hours, hooked 8, and landed 6 kings.  While none were very large, the numbers told a great story.  There have been a few nice fish around as well.  Many in the 12-20lb range, and even a few into the 30’s.  All in all, the salmon fishing looks great for this year!  If you are looking to book a fishing charter in Ketchikan, please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.  All the information that most people need about our fishing charters is available on the site, but you are welcome to call, or email us to talk about salmon or halibut fishing!
